We were fortunate to have Joe Loparo. We started our search in Nov 2012 for our home. We had no idea our search would last so long to find the home we wanted. We submitted over 40 offers for homes and had to view well over 100 to find the home we finally submitted a successful offer for. We were in a competitive price range where many first-time homebuyers and many investors were competing for these properties. Joe never abandoned us nor made us feel like we were a burden to him. We were treated like we were about to submit for our first home on every offer and he kept us enthused and convinced that we would become successful. He never rushed us to make an offer or accept a house we were not excited about. He would say “I want you to be happy in your home when we are finished”. We finally found our home and that came back on the market and submitted a bid within an hour of its return on the market. The sellers excepted, anxious to complete the sale that had already started with another buyer If not for his diligence we would not have been able to complete this sale.

I would highly recommend Joe to assist anyone in their search for a home or sell their home. His patience is unbelievable and his passion to help people is unrelenting. Even after we found our home and moved in, we found a washer/dryer and brought it home. We only had gas, and the dryer was electric. When we told Joe, he came over and ran a new circuit to the electric panel, installed a new breaker and he had my dryer running in a few hours.

He spent many years as a General Contractor and knows the building and repair of homes. He climbed through the house with our termite and home inspector, both commenting how they have never had an agent accompany them in the crawl space and attic. His experience also helped explain to us repairs that were important to do immediately and things we could wait on.
