It was an absolute pleasure to work Joe while we searched for our first home. He was professional, responsive and very knowledgeable about the entire process. We had many hiccups along the way and Joe was always there to guide us in the correct direction and offer her valuable opinion. We never felt pressured or obligated to just "settle".
