When my wife and I started looking for a home we talked to Joe. He was very knowledgeable and we felt comfortable with him. we started looking and many homes we finally had out offer accepted. Joe was very helpful in with the inspections also he crawled under the house with our inspectors and even in the attic. He explained all of the issues brought up by the inspectors. He even helped me put electrical circuit in for the dryer we bought. I highly recommend Joe, he goes far beyond what anyone would expect of a Real Estate Broker.

The process of purchasing my home was actually pretty free of drama and stress due to Joe's expertise. My wife and I needed a quick sale and from the moment we listed our home with Joe he went right to work. He scheduled open houses for the following two weekends and had hundreds of potential buyers view our property as well as many individual showings during that time. There was no question that our property was well advertised and that any potential buyer had ample opportunity to see it. After the second open house, Joe started accepting offers. By the end of that third week, Joe had negotiated one of those offers up to a full price offer! Once the negotiations were done he moved the process through the closing without a hitch. Joe took care of everything and kept us informed every step of the way. My experience with Joe LoParo was amazing. The housing market is a little crazy in NorCal, to say the least. Joe got me into a house in two months and that included the very fast 27 days to close escrow. Anytime I reached out to Joe with questions about a listing he would get back to me immediately. I never had to wait long to hear back from him. We saw several houses, some needed a little work, some needed a lot of work. The house that Joe got me into was move-in ready.
