I started looking at homes on my own, thinking I could do it. Wow, was I wrong. I had worked with Joseph in the past on some different projects and I knew I could trust him. I can say that Joseph has been a tremendous influence in helping me with finding the perfect home for myself and my family. Joseph LoParo is a class-act real estate agent that made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process of searching for and securing a home. I had my reservations upon entering the home-finding realm as it was my first time, but Joseph immediately quelled them with his easy-going demeanor, genuine character and friendliness. His attention to detail and knowledge of real estate affairs cannot be understated and it shined through in everything he did to help me. I am already skeptical about my next real estate encounter because I doubt it will be as amazing as this one.

This review is specially in regards to the agent Joseph LoParo. I was lucky enough to have Joe help me last year when I was moving down to Alameda, CA and did not know a thing about the area. Not only is he very professional and knowledgeable about Alameda and it’s surrounding cities as a whole, he goes out of his way to help you and makes you feel like his main priority. I would not hesitate to enlist his realtor services again and I make it a point to pass his contact information on to friends that are also looking to move in the Alameda area. I can't say enough good things about him.

We hired Joe as our real estate agent to sell our house earlier this year and couldn't have been happier. Not only did Joseph list our property, but he actively marketed it and was able to bring us a buyer within the first 30 days. His proactive approach, market knowledge, and business network helped us to get the price that we wanted without having to sacrifice our sanity. Joe made great suggestions along the way that really brought our house up to par and helped get us ready for the home inspection portion that I was worried about. Joe was recommended through a friend of ours. Buying a house is a really intimidating process - most people never spend more on anything else in their entire life not to mention the upkeep and the future of the place that you buy - ohhh the pressure! Joe was a great resource because he has a family and knew the stress of wanting to buy the right house for your family (in my case future family) and the stress of making sure you're making the right decision. He was patient with my worries and questions - without coming off the wrong way, Joe was able to make light of a seemingly serious situation and his personality just helped you to feel comfortable with him and with a big decision. He always made sure that this entire process is up to us and what we were feeling. I would recommend Joe to anyone, but its really nice to know that there is a genuine family man out there wanting to help make a decision for you in your best interest instead of his own.

Joe is extremely knowledgeable, regarding the current market, and worked extremely hard to answer my questions He made me feel confident and comfortable throughout the process.
