With over 35 years of experience in real estate, construction, and remodeling, Joe LoParo brings a rare combination of knowledge, passion, and hands-on expertise to every client he serves. A licensed real estate agent since 1984 and a licensed general contractor for over two decades, Joe has guided clients through every kind of market. His deep understanding of home structure and renovation, paired with his real estate insight, equips him to help buyers and sellers make confident, informed decisions. Joe’s early career in the U.S. Marine Corps instilled in him a strong work ethic and unshakable determination—traits that continue to define his approach to business and service.

He’s actively involved in mentoring fellow agents, having served in leadership roles within the Bay East Association of REALTORS®.
